Reclaim The Night – Light Procession

A Woman was sexually assaulted on the street in East Van several nights ago.
There have been too many stories like this.
Too many have been hurt.

10 pm onwards
NEIGHBOURHOOD MEET-UP–Join us after 10pm at corner of the first alley way going east on Napier near Victoria Drive to get together, share stories and meet the neighbours. We will be quietly playing music and meeting with eachother.

2am- 3am
LIGHT PROCESSION –Join us on Sunday morning at 2am at the corner of Napier and Victoria Dr.
We will come together in solidarity,
to share resources and form a light procession / night patrol.
We will walk at the time when most women
and people at risk feel unsafe to walk the street.
Bring Lights. Come together in groups/ on bike/ in cars and be safe.
