Sea Shepherd Presents: Salmon Confidential Screening with Special Guests
October 13, 2016- 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us for a screening of Salmon Confidential, a 2013 film on the government cover up of what is killing BC’s wild salmon. The film documents biologist Alexandra Morton’s journey as she attempts to overcome government and industry roadblocks thrown in her path and works to bring critical information to the public in time to save BC’s wild salmon.
We will hold a Q&A session with some of the campaigners to discuss the recent Operation Virus Hunter Campaign. We will also be showing footage from the campaign and discussing how we can take a united stand moving forward to ensure that toxic salmon farms are removed from our beautiful coast.
Seating is limited, first come first serve at the door. Entry by donation (minimum donation $10). All proceeds from the door will go to support Musgamagw Dzawada’enuxw and Dr. Morton in their continued efforts to save BC’s wild salmon.
Eternal Abundance will remain open for business during the screening so you can try out their delicious menu!
Our local Sea Shepherd chapter volunteers will have merchandise and information available at the event.
