The day of argument, the next step after the 5 day Burnaby Mountain Trial, is on June 27th at the Provincial Court in Vancouver.
The accussed is facing prison time for the Burnaby Mountain protests and stands in solidarity with Enbridge Line 9 Resisters facing prison time. Wear all black to court to show solidarity.
At 9am we will be assigned a court room, and then at 930am the session should begin in the assigned room.
It takes a while getting in so come early; x ray of items, metal detectors, pat down, certain belongings are held and not allowed inside the courthouse (can be picked up when leaving).
