Q & A with Rob Fleming

Join us for a student lead Q & A with Rob Fleming: who is a current MLA from the constituency of Victoria-Swan Lake. In the 39th parliament he became the New Democratic critic for advanced education, sat on the Select Standing Committee for education, and introduced two education related private member bills: the Private Post-Secondary Accountability and Student Protection Act, and the Restoring Credibility to Universities Act.

This event will consist of a group of high school students asking questions related to his opinions on education as a whole and an in depth analysis the NDP’s platform on child’s rights in general when it comes to issues we find important.

We really recommend people show up to this, it is a unique event because it is actual students talking about the issues that mean a lot to them and representing themselves in actual provincial politics.
